Insurance can be interpreted as an attempt by someone to minimize risk. In other words, everything we do or anything that contains risks can basically be insured. The following will be reviewed about the types of insurance that is often used.

Health Insurance

This insurance can be categorized as the easiest type of insurance and is commonly found in the community. Health insurance is usually provided by companies or agencies where someone works. Examples of health insurance that can be selected are inpatient insurance in hospitals with 2 types of protection, namely protection with a card system and protection with a reimbursement system. The first type of protection in the sense that if the policyholder is hospitalized, then the payment process can be done only by showing the provider card. Furthermore, the insurance company will pay all hospital costs, medication, doctor's visit, surgery and others. Protection with a reimbursement system requires policyholders to pay the entire hospital first and then make a claim to the insurance company.

Life insurance

Many people assume that life insurance has the impression of preparing for death. On the other hand, many also believe that age in the hands of God and death is a prerogative of the Almighty God. The purpose of this soul is not intended to prevent death, but as a protector for the family who will be left behind if bad things happen to the policyholder.

.
There are 2 types of life insurance namely Term Life and Whole Life. Term Life Insurance will provide protection for certain periods ranging from 1, 5 and 10 years. Premiums will expire at the end of the period, but the value of the dependents of this insurance product will be much greater. Whole Life Insurance will provide a lifetime protection system. This of course results in the value of premiums being more expensive than term life insurance. If the policyholder does not die during the insurance contract period, then he can claim it with a smaller sum insured.

Education insurance
